Refund Policy

Important: ZeusSEO offers subscriptions to a digital SaaS platform. All sales are final by default. Refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at ZeusSEO's discretion, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

1. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases — monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, AI credit recharges, and add-ons — are final and non-refundable except as expressly described below or as required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Free Trials

We offer free trials on select plans so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We strongly encourage you to take full advantage of the trial period. Once a paid subscription begins after the trial, no refund is issued for the first billing cycle on the grounds that you "did not use the Service during the trial."

3. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund request will be reviewed — but not guaranteed — in the following limited circumstances:

  • Verified technical failure: The Service was materially non-functional for a continuous period of 72+ hours due to a fault on our end, and you reported it during that period via billing@zeusseo.com.
  • Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing system error.
  • Unauthorized charge: A charge was made without your authorization and you report it within 7 days of the charge date with supporting documentation.

A refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is evaluated individually. Approval or denial is communicated within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • AI credit recharges that have been partially or fully consumed.
  • Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle — access continues until the period ends; no partial-month refund is issued.
  • Annual subscriptions after 14 days from the start date.
  • Purchases made while a promotional discount or coupon was applied.
  • Add-ons purchased separately (extra seats, extra locations).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.

5. Annual Subscription Cancellation Window

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase if they have not materially used the Service (defined as fewer than 5 active sessions and no data integrations connected). After this window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the annual period ends.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at billing@zeusseo.com to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to: (a) immediately suspend your account; (b) permanently ban the account upon confirmed fraudulent chargeback; (c) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees.

We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

7. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. In jurisdictions where such laws grant you additional refund or cancellation rights (including but not limited to the EU, UK, Australia, or Colombia), those rights apply and cannot be waived by this policy.

EU / UK residents: You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless you have begun using the digital service before the withdrawal period expires and have explicitly waived this right. By starting your trial or connecting integrations, you acknowledge that the Service has been made available and the statutory withdrawal right is consumed.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@zeusseo.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]" and include: your account email, the date of the charge, the amount, the reason for the request, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days.
