By accessing or using ZeusSEO ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at https://zeusseo-app.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ZeusSEO is a SaaS platform providing Google Business Profile management, local SEO tools, rank tracking, AI-assisted content generation, post scheduling, review management, and analytics integrations. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with optional add-ons.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@zeusseo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor (Paddle). Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which are added at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Downgrading mid-cycle does not generate a partial refund unless stated in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers on annual plans are protected at their locked rate until renewal.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your account will automatically be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) resell or sublicense access without written permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (f) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
ZeusSEO and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Paddle. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, API changes, or policy updates that affect Service functionality.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEUSSEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SEARCH RANKINGS OR BUSINESS RESULTS WILL IMPROVE AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. We may retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for re-activation, after which it may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Wyoming. You waive the right to participate in a class action.
